How It Works

Doctor Visits Available by phone. It couldn't be simpler!

  1. Within the next five to seven business days, your welcome package will arrive by mail. This package will include your membership and prescription cards ready to use.
  2. All members are encouraged to fill out a comprehensive medical history questionnaire prior to participating in a diagnostic consultation.
  3. Call the consultation phone number to speak with a licensed physican for any non-emergency medical situation or question.
  4. Choose English or Spanish speaking medical agents.
  5. Video is now an integral part of our platform. Diagnosing illnesses over the phone can be difficult, but a video consultation gives your physician more information.

*Network physicians providing medical consultations for members may offer prescriptions at their discretion for a wide range of products that deliver direct medicinal value. These include, but are not limited to, drug classes such as antibiotics and antihistamines. Convenience prescriptions for maintenance medicines may also be obtained in cases where a member is in transition to a new insurance plan or doctor. In the event a physician does prescribe medication, he/she will usually limit the supply to no more than 30 days. Patients with chronic illnesses should visit their primary care physicians or other specialists for extended care.
