The following is a membership agreement between Doctors Round the Clock ("we and us")and the person who has enrolled in the program ("you") all persons subscribing "members", agree to be bound by these terms of membership and are urged to read them carefully. If you have any questions regarding your membership, you may contact our customer service center between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST Monday thru Friday(excluding holidays)at the toll-free number listed on your membership card. By enrolling as a member of Doctors Round the Clock, you acknowledge that this program is not insurance. You further provide us with your permission to send occasional text messaging to your mobile phone number and emails to your email address that may include health information, reminders and offers.MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
As a member you have access to discounts on various services offered through the Doctors Round the Clock mobile application and through websites provided by independent vendors ("benefits") as specified in your membership guide. The discounts contained herein may not be used in conjunction with any other discount plan or program. Any listed or quoted prices in this membership guide or the program websites are current prices only and are subject to change without notice. This is a membership program only, and any of the services contained within the program or the complete program itself may be discounted or modified at any time without notice.MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND REFUNDS
Your membership is effective upon enrollment by you and shall continue until terminated by you at any time by calling us at the toll-free number or by writing us at the address provided. You may cancel your membership at any time, at least 7 days prior to your monthly renewal, in accordance with any laws, regulations and/or state statutes regarding cancellation. A member whose membership fee has been paid is entitled to all privileges included in the Doctors Round the Clock program, until the membership has been cancelled by you or us. If cancelled, you shall lose access to the benefits as well as the areas of the website designated for members only. Unless you notify us at least 7 days prior to your monthly renewal that you wish to cancel your membership by the following instructions under Membership Terms, your membership will be renewed automatically and you will be billed the effective membership fee which will appear on your statement. Payment of your membership fee is made automatically by a charge to the specified billing vehicle authorized by you. If we are unable to bill the membership fee to your specified billing vehicle at any time, we reserve the right to terminate your membership without notification.RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP
Unless you notify us 7 days prior to your monthly renewal that you wish to cancel your membership, your membership will be renewed automatically either monthly or annually(depending on the option selected) and you will be billed the then-effective membership fee which will appear on your statement.USE OF MEMBERSHIP
Your membership is non-assignable and non-transferable. You agree that only you, if you have registered for an individual membership, and your immediate family members, if you have registered for a family membership, may use the membership. The term "immediate family" shall be defined as you, your spouse, your children and parents whose legal address is the same as yours. You shall be responsible for all use of your membership and will promptly notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your membership.
